The Reset Button
April 5th, 2008Welcome back to this blog. About a year ago, I started it as a way to record my thoughts on running a business according to Buddhist principles- although as it turned out, I wrote more musings about Buddhism than I did about business, probably because I did not have a lot to say about entrepreneurship. I still don’t.
I had a server crash a couple of weeks ago, wiping out this blog (I discovered that my archiving method did not work) and parts of some others. I thought about letting this one stay gone, since I had not posted much to it for a while, and my own business is currently on hold while I work full-time on a new contract.
My Buddhist practice, however, continues, and I find myself in the curious position of wanting to talk about it occasionally, as I did in the old incarnation of this blog. I have another site called Saint John Buddhist Meditation where I post announcements for those who are interested in learning more about hooking up with a group and/or meditating; but I don’t want to post my own thoughts there, because I don’t want to be mistaken for some kind of a teacher, which I am definitely not.
Anyway. Welcome back to the site. I can’t promise to post a lot (or to post anything of interest), but for what it’s worth, here it is.
